Law Alumni Weekend FAQs

How do I register?

Click the link to your class page on the main Reunions page and click “register now.” Register by March 31 to get the best price on an all-access pass! On April 1, prices increase.


How do I modify or cancel my registration?

You can modify your Law Alumni Weekend registration by scrolling to the bottom of your registration confirmation email. Click the link to modify, and add agenda items to your schedule in the registration website. If you can't find your confirmation email, try searching "Registration Confirmed - UVA Law Alumni Weekend 2023."

The cancelation deadline is Friday, May 5. To cancel your registration, follow the same steps that are listed above until you see the prompt to cancel. Upon canceling, your card will be automatically refunded. If you paid over the phone with your credit card or mailed a check, please contact for a refund.

Where can I find accommodations?

Click on the link to your class page on the main Reunions page to find a limited amount of hotel blocks reserved for your class. Due to the high demand for lodging in Charlottesville, we encourage alumni to book accommodations as soon as possible.


What should I wear?

Click the link above to view your class page and refer to the “Recommended Attire” section. Attire for some class dinners vary. Consider bringing clothes for chilly, warm, and rainy weather. For real time weather updates, check the weatherstem station at the park at North Grounds.


Can I exercise at the UVA gyms while I’m in Charlottesville?

Yes! Access to North Grounds Recreation Center is provided as part of your Law Alumni Weekend registration. Show your nametag at NGRC to receive a guest pass. Call 434-924-PLAY or visit for more information.


Parking & Transportation

Complimentary parking is provided at the Law School throughout the weekend.

  • Some class events will take place at venues with very limited parking. In this instance, a bus will be provided to pick up and drop off at or nearby your assigned class hotels. Pick up and drop off times are noted in the registration process.
  • If you have a valid disabled permit or license plate displayed, you may park in a disabled, metered or service vehicle parking space anywhere on Grounds. Use of these spaces without the proper placard or license plate is prohibited and may lead to ticketing and towing. Click here to view an Accessibility Map of Grounds.
