Abstract

This 2010 article provides an update on developments in environmental law, focusing primarily on efforts to address climate change, restoration of the Chesapeake Bay, and energy development off of the Atlantic coast along the Outer Continental Shelf. Other recent decisions (2008 to 2010) from federal and state courts are also discussed.
