Course Description

Financing the climate transition is expected to cost trillions of dollars in the coming decades. This course will examine how debt markets are (and aren't) adapting to fund adaptation to climate change. Issues discussed will include green bonds, sustainability-linked bonds and loans, carbon trading, and other related topics. We will engage with academic and practitioner materials, as well as guest speakers.
