Exclusive With: Students with background in economics are welcome to take the course. Likewise, students who have taken the Law and Economics Colloquium, Law and Economics II, or both at the Law School are welcome to take the course. However, students who have taken any other law and economics course, including as undergraduates, cannot take the course for a grade. Such students are welcome to audit the course.
