Pardon Power

Larry Kupers, head of the Justice Department's Office of the Pardon Attorney, will provide an introduction to the pardon power and the history of presidential pardons. He will then take audience questions about the Office of the Pardon Attorney. Lunch from Ivy Provisions will be served.
