Student Loan Exit Counseling

During Exit Counseling, the Office of Financial Aid, Education & Planning will share information about how to identify and contact a loan servicer, and loan repayment options including deferment, forbearance and consolidation information. Topics include debt management strategies, tax benefits, income-driven repayment, federal public service loan forgiveness and the Virginia Loan Forgiveness Program. There will be a sign-in sheet to verify attendance. Attendance is mandatory for 3Ls with student loans. Q&A to follow.
