Derrick L. Walker
- Lecturer
Derrick Walker practices in the area of medical malpractice, long-term care negligence, and general personal injury law in the Richmond office of Allen & Allen.
He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association’s Executive Council, currently serving as its parliamentarian. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice’s Board of Governors and a member of the prestigious Melvin Belli Society.
Walker is a past member of the Supreme Court of Virginia’s Model Jury Instruction Committee.
He is recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyer in Thompson Reuter’s publication by the same name and has also been listed in Best Lawyers in America.
