Anthony A. Arsali


Anthony Arsali specializes in the litigation of complex real estate matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He has extensive experience litigating cases at both the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Arsali’s practice also includes acting as general counsel for condominium and homeowners’ associations as well as negotiating, facilitating and insuring complicated real estate transactions.

Arsali earned his J.D. at UVA Law, where he was one of the Law School’s youngest graduates at the age of 22.
Arsali started his legal career at Boies, Schiller, and Flexner LLP, where he worked on high profile litigation matters for a number of the firm’s institutional clients. After Boies, Arsali was a law clerk to Judge John E. Steele of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. After clerking he started his own practice in Palm Beach County, Florida and has since expanded his practice to Albemarle County. He teaches Real Estate Transactions and Litigation at the Law School.
