Kevin Clayton

Kevin Clayton is a partner at Hogan Lovells in Washington, D.C. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and complex contracting and corporate governance matters, particularly focusing on representation of funds, corporate investors and emerging companies in financing, commercial and acquisition transactions.
Clayton also has years of experience managing a wide array of commercial matters and complex contracting arrangements, such as license, supply, distribution, collaboration, manufacturing, service, employment and consulting agreements. He also advises later-stage and public companies, particularly with respect to acquisitions and licensing transactions.
Clayton represents clients in various industry sectors but particularly with matters in the life sciences and technology sectors.
