Madeline Starbranch
- Lecturer
Madeline Starbranch teaches the Housing Law Clinic at the Law School. Starbranch joined the Legal Aid Justice Center in 2019 as an attorney for the Virginia Justice Project for Farm and Immigrant Workers. Previously, she was as a Virginia assistant public defender. Starbranch has represented over a thousand clients in criminal, immigration, labor, consumer and housing matters.
While a student at the University of Virginia School of Law, Starbranch was the director of community outreach for the Migrant Farmworker Project, a senior editorial board member for the Virginia Journal of Policy and the Law, a clinic student for the Innocence Project and recipient of the 2015 Pro Bono Award.
