William J. Curtin, III

Bill Curtin is a partner in Hogan Lovells’ Corporate practice, working out of their New York and Washington, D.C. offices. He is global head of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, and has served two terms on the Board of Hogan Lovells. Curtin focuses on corporate transactions in the global arena. He has extensive experience representing clients across industries in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance matters, in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
