Donna T. Chen, an associate professor in University of Virginia's Department of Public Health Sciences and Department of Psychiatric Medicine, will co-teach the spring short course New Frontiers in Clinical Ethics and Law. Chen has been a core faculty member of the Center for Biomedical Ethics and Humanities since 2005 and is a special volunteer with the National Institute of Mental Health. She has served on several national committees related to clinical and research ethics, including for the National Institute of Mental Health, National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Stroke, National Children's Study, Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine, and the American Psychiatric Association.
