Since graduating in the top tier of his law school class, Brian O’Fahey has spent the last 15 years representing companies throughout their life cycle on a wide range of corporate matters.

O’Fahey’s diverse practice includes leading large and small acquisitions and divestitures, drafting SEC periodic reports and proxy statements, counseling clients on corporate governance matters, structuring finance arrangements and negotiating executive agreements.

O’Fahey was awarded a Macalester College’s legal studies prize for research on the intersection of race and gender in the law. While at Georgetown University Law Center, he served as notes and comments editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and was awarded the John J. Kirby Scholarship for outstanding achievement during the 1998-99 and 1999-2000 academic years. His research activities at Georgetown focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal field, and has continued that interest at Hogan Lovells.
