Course Description

This course is a continuation of GLRW I. The course explores contract drafting and persuasive writing, and also touches upon academic writing, editing and Bar Examination Preparation. Emphasis is placed on United States rhetorical preferences and clear communication in English. Students will be asked to advocate a legal position both orally and in writing.

Four writing assignments of varying length (3 to 8 pages) and complexity (submitted directly to professor, not via EXPO).
