Learn about UVA Law's externships program, where students can earn academic credit while working for a government or nonprofit organization. Externships can be part-time, full-time or part of the UVA Law in D.C. program, which is offered in the fall semester for 3Ls. Topics will include possible placements — ranging from Charlottesville and D.C., to around the country and the world — as well as program requirements and application deadlines.
