Students are invited to join BLSA for their allyship event, and learn how to become a better ally to black students and members of the black community as a whole. They will discuss the complexities in defining allyship, how it interplays with socio-political systems on both a national and local scale, and listen to perspectives from black and non-black students about their own experiences with allyship at UVA Law. Attendees should come ready to dialogue and reflect with one another. Dinner will be provided.
