Andrew Goldstein

Andrew Goldstein is head of Cooley's white collar defense and investigations group and a former federal prosecutor. Before joining Cooley, Goldstein was one of the top deputies to Robert S. Mueller III working on the special counsel investigation at the U.S. Department of Justice. He also served as chief of the public corruption unit at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
Goldstein leads complex and sensitive internal investigations, defends companies and individuals in high-stakes litigation, and has successfully tried numerous significant white collar and regulatory matters.
