Join the Federalist Society to hear Judge Stephanos Bibas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to his confirmation to the Third Circuit, Bibas was a professor of law and criminology at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He earned a B.A. from Columbia University in 1989, a B.A. from the University of Oxford in 1991, a J.D. from Yale Law School in 1994, and an M.A. from Oxford in 1998. He served as assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York after clerking for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy and Judge Patrick Higginbotham of the Fifth Circuit.
