On December 1, 2015, several amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure took effect. There were three components to these amendments: the so-called “Duke Rules” package, an amendment concerning the issue of the preservation and spoliation of electronically stored information, and an amendment to the rule providing for official forms.
